An initiative to provide direct flight services is being worked on by Russia and Pakistan.
The significance of this cooperation has been emphasized by Muhammad Khalid Jamal, the newly appointed Pakistani ambassador to Russia.
In addition to expressing confidence about the potential benefits to commercial relations, Ambassador Jamal also voiced his belief that the restoration of direct aviation services will strengthen the bonds between the people of Pakistan and Russia. This action is perceived as a calculated attempt to increase connectedness in order to strengthen the bilateral relationship. In order to guarantee the continuation of these services, economic factors are vital.
But these services encountered difficulties, mostly financial ones, which caused them to be disrupted.
