Pakistan Army to Train National Cricket Team in 10 Days Training Camp

Pakistan’s cricket team is set to undergo a ten-day training camp with the Pakistan Army from March 25 to April 8, as announced by PCB chairman Mohsin Naqvi in Islamabad. The purpose of the camp is to enhance the players’ fitness levels following the conclusion of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).

Noticing a decline in players’ fitness during the PSL matches, Naqvi emphasized the importance of improving it, especially with upcoming fixtures against New Zealand, Ireland, England, and the T20 World Cup on the horizon. The training camp will be held at the Kakul military academy, with the Army providing assistance in conducting the sessions.
